Welcome to Morgan Personal Training!
My name is Morgan and I am a Qualified Personal Trainer and Professional Perfomer.
Since achieving my Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Gym Instructing from Premier Global, I have gained numerous clientele which I train on a daily basis. I arrange weekly sessions with my clients, training them in their homes, in gyms, in public areas or online. I analyse client's physical and nutritional aspirations by creating a personal programme that is suited to the client’s abilities and availability.
My objective is to help achieve the client's desired goals, whilst tutoring and organising plans to help the client with nutrition and mental health.
As a dancer I incorporate my movement experience to help my client's flexibility and mobility, which can be critical to progression and recovery.

1-1 Private Training

Looking to lose weight? Gain more mobility? Tone up? Adapt your eating habits? AND improve your mental health?
The 1-1 private session package is ideal for anyone looking for a change in their appearance, nutrition and mind set. After an initial consultation meeting, we will discuss your current lifestyle, then create goals to work towards so we can achieve your ambitions.
Sessions are booked weekly or monthly depending on your schedule. Purchased weights and gym equipment are a plus but not essential.
This is the one for a stronger and healthier you!
Wedding Package

Preparing for the big day?
Train for your ideal body and get your first wedding dance choreographed all in one package!
Train together or separately to achieve that body you long for in your wedding photos. Then top it off by having your first dance (to any song) choreographed by myself to learn weeks before the wedding.
You'll look great in photos and on the dance floor!
Weekly Movement Class

Midweek stress or in need of a stretch?
This 1 hour open online class will get you moving to reduce built up tension and ensure you are readjusted to smash the remainder of your working week. We start with simple dance and physical movements to some of your favourite tunes, and end with a comforting stretch so you can improve on your flexibility. Don't worry about dance experience! It's easy and what's more... it's fun!
